Warranty & Repairs

Edus&Co. warranty policy covers basic repairs and manufacturing defects for one calendar year. Jewelry returned within 30 days of purchase for a manufacturing defect will be replaced. After 30 days from the purchase date, the jewelry will be repaired. The warranty is voided if the jewelry has been lost, damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, negligence, modified or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. Stretching of Edus&Co. bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your Edus&Co. products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, pools, hot tubs, spas and other. All jewelry returned back to us under warranty must include a copy of your purchase receipt.

Oxidation
Oxidation/antique finish disappears with time. It is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect. Things which may cause the oxidation to fade include: perspiration, perfumes, chlorine, cleaning agents, silver polish and other.

Missing/Broken Gemstones & Diamonds
Because of daily wear, some stones may become loose over time and become dislodged. In case this happens, our one year of warranty will cover the labor only repair of the merchandise. All lost gemstones and diamonds are not covered under warranty and must be paid for.

All jewelry should be professionally cleaned and inspected once a year. If there is a problem with your Edus&Co. jewelry piece, please contact us for repair to prevent more extensive damage or loss.
