Is it safe to order from EdusAndCo.com website?
EdusAndCo.com has an online commerce environment that is absolutely safe and secure. We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) an advanced security protocol that protects your personal information and ensures secure online ordering. All payments are processed through PayPal who provides a world-class security for buyers.

What payment methods are accepted at EdusAndCo.com?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) via PayPal and bank wire transfers.

What shipping options do you offer?
We ship via FedEx 2nd Day and Overnight to all U.S. destinations. Our company offers a complimentary Ground shipping for all orders.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only New York State residents have to pay 8.875% Sales Tax.

Do you ship internationally?
Edus&Co. ships to most international destinations via insured FedEx International. Please note that we cannot be responsible for additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. You may need to contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

How quickly can I get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after placing, then it takes about 1-5 additional days by UPS or FedEx to reach you.

How can I check a status or track my order?
Please log into your account to see the status of recent order. We also send an email notification once your order ships and if you did receive any notifications, please check your "Spam" folder.

Do other websites sell authentic Edus&Co. products?
Currently, Edus&Co. products are exclusively available at this website only.

Do you use only natural stones for your products?
Edus&Co. uses only natural high quality diamonds and gemstones, fine silver, gold and platinum to manufacture all products.

Will your sterling silver products tarnish?
Yes, it is a normal process. All silver has a tendency to tarnish in the presence of common daily items that contain sulfur (perspiration, chlorine, leather, rubber etc). How quick it will tarnish depends on the chemistry of your skin and presence of salt water near you. We recommend that your sterling silver be regularly wiped down with the Edus&Co. polishing cloth that came with your purchase. Regular everyday wear of your silver jewelry also helps to prevent tarnish. If you are not currently wearing your pieces, just keep them in the Edus&Co. pouch or box you received with the purchase.

Are your gemstones enhanced?
We only use natural high quality gemstones in our jewelry. However, most of the gems available on the market today are enhanced with heating (emerald, ruby, sapphire, topaz, jade, amethyst, onyx, tanzanite, citrine, black diamond and others). We do not sell gemstones that have been enhanced with lasering, glass filling, bulk diffusion, coatings etc.

Does your jewelry come with any certificates?
A certificate of authenticity is included with each Edus&Co. piece of jewelry.

Do you offer gift-wrapping?
Yes. We offer gift packaging in our exclusive Edus&Co. packaging. You will be able to select a gift-wrapping option at the checkout page.  A personalized gift message could be included as well.

What is your return policy?
We hope your Edus&Co. purchase has exceeded your expectations and our company is committed to your complete satisfaction! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept our products back for exchange, refund or store credit within 14 days after the delivery date. Can I cancel an order I placed online?
If you want to cancel or modify your order, please send an message through online form as soon as possible. Due to high volume of orders placed we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. In this case you may need to return the purchase. All refunds are proceeded and paid within 7 business days after receiving it back.

What warranty do you have for Edus&Co. products?
